Online gambling designs and advertisements

I am a graphic designer and an illustrator. A year a go I had a chance to start working on the design of one of the major European online gambling facility, which also has the relation to Israel - and will be provided in Israel as well. I got a call from the online gambling development company's CEO, and he said he needed a work in the field of advertisement and character design, including the story board of the game. He also wanted me to work on the animation and the interface design- but I can't do it. I said I would love to work for his online gambling company.
To make the story short - he wanted me to work for him for a monthly paycheck, in the roll of the permanent illustrator and designer. Eventually he wanted me to work on the animation anyway and the job did not flourish. This true story is to talk about the real necessity of the online gambling companies in the quality ad and graphic service. This is something the online gambling companies need all the times, all over the world, from UK to US to Israel, and more. The need this service all the time - to make an eye-catching ad or a symbol - so you come back their casino.
Online gambling is a business and by making good and eye catching ads they can enlarge their market segment. Some of the largest firms make their own casino ads by themselves (the hire a permanent copywriter and a graphic designer such as myself), and some of them take a freelance job. The online gambling world in a little ad crisis due the banning law in the US and the more the ad is eye catching, the better.
